We may share it with: - Supabase (our database and authentication provider) — data is stored securely on Supabase servers - WiPay and Lynk (NCB) — payment platforms used to verify entry fees - Football-Data.org — used to retrieve match results (no personal data is shared) - The Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission (BGLC) — as required by law, including winner details and proof of payment - Law enforcement — if required by a court order or legal obligation under Jamaican law
5. How Long We Keep It
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Payment records and winner data are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with AML obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us.
